Quick Facts – Before You Book
- $150 Reservation Deposit Required for hourly venue rentals. This fee will be applied to your total cost. and is applied toward your total rental fee.
- 14-Day Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date result in forfeiture of the $150 deposit.
- Calendar-Based Business
Because your reservation blocks our calendar, no refunds are issued within 14 days of the scheduled rental date.
- Setup & Breakdown Time
Please plan for one (1) hour before and one (1) hour after your rental time for setup and breakdown.
- Cleaning Policy
Chateau Michelle provides deep cleaning.
Renters must leave the space in the same condition it was received. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee. A major credit card is required or cash deposit is required.
- Excessive Cleaning Fee
If the space is left excessively dirty, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged (Please see details for excessive below)
- Damages & Additional Charges
Any damage to the property or missing items will result in additional fees.
- Booking Confirmation
Reservations are not confirmed until the $150 deposit is received.
“Excessively dirty” includes, but is not limited to, excessive trash, spills, stains, sticky surfaces, decorations left behind, furniture not returned to its original placement, or conditions requiring cleaning beyond standard deep cleaning. A $100 fee will apply
